This was the third time Sonia and Nahkil were "married". They had a ceremony in India, they were married in the states and then the had a small reception in their Aunt's backyard in Nazerth.
It was a nice relaxing day for me and a last minute wedding since I had planned to keep this weekend open for my mother's birthday. We wound up celebrating her birthday during the week so my weekend was open.
Sonia and Nahkil live in the city and they have an Aunt and Uncle who have a farm in Nazerth. The farm supplies soup kitchens with fresh produce. They love growing the food and helping those in need only makes their efforts even more appreciated.
It was a small wedding but there was guests from all over the country. At one point I went to get something from my car and I noticed at least 10 different states on the cars liscense plates including California!
They were such a nice and artistic family and the Indian food was fabulous. Even though I was only there for a few hours I really enjoyed my day.
