Robyn and Ray had a fantastic wedding day and Robyn pulled out all the stops for her wedding. Each selection was chosen with great care. The hotel was one of the nicest rooms I have ever worked in. The rooms were bright, colorful and spacious. Not everyone thinks about how much the getting ready room can make an impact but it plays a big role. The more natural light the better and most hotel rooms are dark. This room was a joy!
Next I saw her dress. Robyn didn't go for the average dress so I was thrilled to see something so different. She also hired two wedding planners and a really great wedding videographer named Rob Adams. He is a bit out of the price range of most of my couples but I was honored to have worked with him. We have a style that is similar and I thought we worked together very well. For those who can't afford him and want a videographer I do have other recommendations. She also hired my assistant Tracy to help out throughout the day :)
Robyn chose a great local park where we took some pictures but the time crunch came into play and she wanted to get to the church early. The Church was gorgeous with a huge arched ceiling and a very relaxed picture regulation so we had freedom to go almost anywhere.
From church we went to Twin Brooks where we took some more pictures around the course. Robyn and Ray's first dance was also great. They had a happy song and did not slow dance. It just showed how excited they were to get married! Oh and they are another happy couple who met using an on-line dating websites so YES they do really work.
