This was my first time to attend a Polish Blessing. It was a touching moment to see Rafal's Parents bless him. The couple incorporated many Polish traditions such as singing Sto Lat, eating blessed bread, etc. Traditions are important and I feel they should be part of every wedding. Even if it's just a crazy sock dance tradition (I shot that one last year). It doesn't matter what it is as long as it brings you closer to your family.
Stephanie's mother did most of the planning so I planned more with Cindy then Stephanie. Cindy was fabulous and I only wish more brides have such wonderful parents. Even Stephanie's Dad called to ask about when the pictures would be ready. That was the first Dad that called me to ask about pictures.
My husband helped me shoot this wedding and we got some very touching shots of the ceremony. Having two people helps create so many more angles and opportunities for more great photos. Like the cake shot below , something I probably wouldn't try if he wasn't there to capture the kiss. It's different but that is what I enjoy, giving my couples a little something different.
We met some great vendors at their wedding. They had a beautiful Rolls Royce and the driver Michael was outstanding. He even rolled out the isle runner in the church when no one did it. Talk about dedication.
Their videographer Steven Wayne was also wonderful. He was very laid back and unobtrusive. There were two videographers and two photographers plus a family videographer so it was a bit crowded at times but we all managed to work together very well. This is CRUCIAL to have great pictures and a great video. His link is below if you wish to contact him.
