This post has quite a few more pictures then I normally post. One reason, I found and easier way to post and the real reason............. I absolutely love the Asian Themed wedding! Lots of details for me to shoot :)
Laura and John live in Hong Kong so the brides Mother did most of the wedding planning. I guess experience counts because the wedding was lovely.
The florist was PHENOMENAL! I had a chance to meet with them and they were very nice and come highly recommended in my book. The name is Knight Florist and they are located in Englewood Cliffs. Tim hand painted a very large Asian Fan which the table cards were placed in front of. The centerpieces fit perfectly with the room and a Siamese fighting fish which went home with a lucky guests. The bridesmaids each had a fan instead of a bouquet which featured elegant small orchids. You could see the passion and hard work that went into designing this wedding at the Chart House.
Even Laura's dress featured a custom Geisha design which I am sure she had made in Hong Kong. It fit perfectly and was detachable for her special dance with her father. They really put on a show for everyone and they are wonderful dancers.
The DJ had an extravagant light set up, was very friendly and most importantly he keep the music bumping all night. His name is DJ Mark Anthony.
